Samantha is a Comprehensively Trained Pilates Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. After her contemporary training, she fell in love with the Classical method and she continues to dive deeper into the Classical repertoire in her personal practice and education. She is passionate about helping others feel connected to their bodies throughout all stages of life. Above all, she loves seeing clients feel empowered and comfortable in their bodies.
